  • Några år efter civilekonomstudierna kom jag till insikten att finansvärlden inte var så stimulerande som jag hade hoppats. Jag gick vidare till att bli strategikonsult och 1999 lämnade jag hemlandet Norge för Stockholm, Sverige.

    Jag har varit väldigt förtjust i alla mina jobb, men livet blev som allra bäst efter att jag blev chef! Åren 2003 till 2011 arbetade jag på tidningen Chef, först som vice VD och från 2006 som VD. 2011 öppnade jag Chefshuset med övertygelsen om att GODA LEDARE ÄR LÖSNINGEN PÅ ALLT!

    Chef- och ledarskapsfrågor – högt och lågt – är mina arbetsdagar och jag har den stora förmånen att få möta tusentals chefer varje år. Och det är ofta i deras chefsvardag jag hittar idéer till mina veckovisa krönikor.
